Is there any way i can get my account back? (i know this is against the rules but i can't contact mojang)

(i know this is against the rules but i can't contact mojang) I really messed up, i wanted to get back into minecraft recently, but i couldn't get into my account because it had been migrated and i only know the info for before i migrated. So hears the kicker, i don't know what my account email is, well i think i might, but the one account i think it might be, i no longer have access to, i also have no idea what my password is and i can't contact support since i don't have my transaction id and my recovery attempts failed, am i fucked?
