[Ask] Season Reset - Legendary Arena Players In Frozen Peak From Reset?

So if the season reset is supposed to be to 4000, why am I seeing a ton of low Legendary arena players (they have legendary trophies) today in the high 2000s? Did these guys not get reset to 4000?
