Stats for the rings FnR

. Im at the point of getting my gear to 100%, and i was thinking rolling avg dmg on my ancient rings should be better than having dex on it. Im sitting on 16k dex atm also. So the perfect for ue dh is: dex cc chd. But shouldnt avg dmg cc chd outperform that beyond a point? Thanks in advance, sorry for bad formatting im on phone :)
