HELP PLEASE

Im crying right now because my dad is wonderfull. Nobody could possibly ever match the stuff he does for me, and i just came to the realization of how short the avreage lifespan is, which means he might not live a day over my 30th bday. I just cry all day and tell myself i love him in my head. any thoughts for how to clear my head and enjoy my time with him? i hardly ever see him because he works.
