Anyone else think Xul's Shade talent is not viable anymore?

For those who don't know, the Shade Talent (LV1) for Xul now makes your bone armor take 50 seconds to refresh. The other two bone armor talents only take 30 seconds, so you get almost 2x as much bone armors if you don't take shade. I've always taken Shade until recently, however last game I tried the Backlash variant just to see if it would give me different results.

And it sure did! You can wreck a Zagara in lane, and it absolutely cripples tanks. All you have to do is pop it as soon as you get a confirmed hit on your E, and BAM! 15% of the enemies life is gone, and anyone else who is unwise enough to stand around you when you pop it. It's so nice now having a 30 second cooldown on Bone armor, I don't know why I didn't switch earlier. I think the Shade Bone armor talent is garbage, it's probably only useful if the enemy team is drafting a team of only auto attackers.
