Can't boot into Ubuntu after installing Nvidia drivers

I used the additional drivers tool to install Nvidia drivers. Now when I try to boot it, it goes through the normal startup screen where it's running checks and saying OK, but the computer suddenly turns off. I just got my triple boot (OS x, windows 7, Ubuntu 16.0.4) running, and I would like to avoid reinstalling Ubuntu if possible. Can I salvage this?
