[HELP] My card is running a bit hot. Just got it brand new. SPECS inside

Here are my specs. It's running at 48C idle and it was HOT to the touch when I opened my case. I opened my case because the case where the card is, on the outside it was kinda warm/hot.

SPECS:

OS: Windows 8.1 64 Bit Home Premium

GPU: EVGA GTX 1060 Mini 6 GB

CPU: AMD A8-7600 Quad Core 3.1 GHz

PSU: Modular Corsair CX Series 750 Watt

RAM: 8GB 1600Mhz DDR3

Can someone help me? I don't want my card to break or anything. I'm gonna record the temps on heavy load right now.

EDIT: It's also 75ish degrees (F) in the house right now.
