Drafting in larger league (14 teams) for first time, any pointers?

Drafting in a 14 team standard league, previous highest I've done is 10 man. Any notable changes? I'm slated to pick 2nd, thinking of targeting RBs early (thinking of Gurley/Lacy if they fall to me) and picking up WRs/QBs/TEs later.

Anyone have any experience with these larger leagues that they can share?
