I have a question about the Trump rape accusations

I'm going to be voting for Trump in November, but one of the reservations I had about him was his rape accusations

How can we know that these are false? And if we're just to look past them and say they're just false accusations, then how can we see them differently than Bill Clinton's various accusations of sexual misconduct, specifically the Broadrick one?
