Calories of cooked rice?

Hi guys!

So today I wanted to log the calories of cooked Goya's Yellow Rice in MFP but I realized that the calories they give is for uncooked rice (1/4 cup). So would I just assume the same calories would be equal to 1/2 cup cooked, since generally rice doubles or triples once you cook it? Thanks!
