Found a mysterious cave in Tussaint

So I've found a cave with a dead body of a guy seemingly killed by a vampire. The cave is located here. Inside the cave there is a wall with strange icon on it when checked out with the witcher sense. The wall seems to be way beyond my reach, but is it for real? Anyone encountered this cave before? I don't wanna leave it till I solve this puzzle!
