Question about the underground DLC?
- Are the level 40 characters only playable in the DLC? How come I haven't seen any level 40 characters in game?
- If I buy the DLC today, how long does it take to get to level 40?
- After I hit level 40, does incursion become easier since the enemies will be level 35?
- Does the DLC have new skills and higher GS gear?
- How is the DLC for a solo player just to play the story?
