My Two Lickitungs - What should I do with them?

Hey everyone, This is probably a n00b question and I was going to post this on the r/PokemonGo subreddit, but I find r/TheSilphRoad has quality trainers.

Anyway, I'm still trying to figure out which Pokemon I want to use for gym attacks / defend. I have two pretty good Lickitungs with good IVs: https://imgur.com/gallery/3LxmQ

They both have Zenheadbutt (which I understand is great for defense), but one has 'Power whip' and the other has 'Stomp'.

What should I do with them?
