Accidentally getting Silent Assassin in Paris

I've been planning to do proper SA (preferably SASO) runs of every level but today I was just playing about on Paris and I accidentally managed to get SA. I was trying out Terminal Velocity (not as cool as I thought it'd be) and it just pops up at the end "SA Complete" which I thought was pretty rad.
