Daycare heartbreak

My 3.5 month old starter daycare last week. I know there's an adjustment period, but I'm sick over what they told me today. I picked her up today and they told me she cried "pretty much all day". They give me a little daily report and it says she only napped 8-8:20 and 11:30-12:30. I got there at 4 so she hasn't slept since 11:30!! I asked them about it and they said that she won't nap unless they hold her. They also told me that they had her in the swing today to try to get her to sleep and they let her cry for 30-45 min. and she "wouldn't fall asleep." She does definitely need to be rocked to sleep, and I know they can't hold her all day, but even if they rocked her for like 20 minutes and then tried to put her in a crib, she might wake up but she would get at least 20 min and might get used to the crib and nap longer! When I got there, she was crying in a bouncy seat and they said they were trying to get her to fall asleep in it. Um not likely.. She's little and she needs to be held! I feel like she was left sitting in various baby seats today, and was barely held. And the thought of them basically ignoring her for 45 minutes in a swing.. It breaks my heart. I've been crying off and on since we picked her up. I know they aren't hurting her, and they're feeding her and changing her, but that's not enough for me. I want her to be cuddled and talked to and loved. And I know it's only been a few days but I don't feel that she's getting that. I know daycare is an adjustment but I just can't really accept that this will be her level of care. I think I'm looking for a new daycare.
