How do I stop the cutscenes from stuttering horribly.

I have a 60hz G-sync monitor. V-sync is off in game but running through Nvidia control panel as it should be.

The cutscenes stutter horribly, for example the Demon Hunter intro video at the Black Temple, when the camera pans or tilts .. its just a stuttering mess. It is horrible. I thought a G-sync monitor would fix it as I hated it during WOD, but nothing has changed.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
