Angel and Jack in BL1 and their knowledge

Hello! I've played BL1, 2 and the pre-sequel. But there are some parts of the Story i can't put together on my own. During BL1 there was no Helios but still at least one Hyperion satellite in the orbit of pandora. How did Jack manage that Angel hijacked it? Was she already in that control-core at that time? And how did he managed to get it build without beeing the CEO of Hyperion? And how did he and angel got to the knowledge of vaults even before BL1? I mean... he made angel making to vault hunters of BL1 to open the fault and he knew of the vault of elpis befor he entered it and got all that eridian knowledge. I just don't make sense for me that he knew so much about that all even before BL1 took place. Can someone explain that to me?
