Horrible glitch HELP

Hello I've been experiencing an odd glitch this week and was wondering if anyone else has it if so any tips or am I the only one cursed with this plague. Essentially 3 days ago I was playing and pokestops stopped working I could see the pokestop and click it but it would spin endlessly and never pay out. While this was happening the next 15 Pokemon I encountered escaped the first ball and ran away every time no matter the CP no matter if I Used a razzberry no matter what ball I used, even if I razzberry a cp 10 pidgey than used an ultra ball (which I did) it would escape and flee right away. I deleted and reinstalled the game which seemed to fix the bug but now the same thing is happening and deleting and reinstalling did not fix it. Please help me I need to keep the grind going not stop.
