[Tech] Bought used Xbox One on CL, it powers up, but there's no video.

Power supply lights up white, HDMI cable works with my PS4, and the Xbox makes noise when I press the buttons (Power on, power off, eject). I tried the Power + Eject combo to try to drop down to default video mode, but it never gives me the second set of beeps, and nothing happens. Now what?
