Estimated speed for C1-C3?

Im planning on running a Tiana, zaiross, ritesh, alicia AO. What speed is recommended for that area in arena? Also how much accuracy would you recommend for ritesh so he could land his AoE def break?

Or should i just stick with chloe sieq, 2xlushen?
