Is Spectre as relevant anymore?

I used to love playing Spectre, have a 60-65% wr with the girl and nothing beat jumping on folk with diff/manta and watch that deso burn!

But since the major changes a while back I've not found her place yet and feel she's become a little obsolete against other carries available.

Firstly, what are your opinions?

How do you play her? Is she the damage dealer going for diff/manta and getting a pms/vang? Or go full tank with rushed rads into heart/skadi?

If she's lost to me, who's the new hard carry in town?
