Cant loot my artifact weapon?

Its the marksman bow.

I did the quest twice, I relogged 10 times. I am not able to loot it for the death of me.

To specify I did the entire quest, and stand at the end, I can click the hand so it starts the loot, then nothing happens.

Any have similar issues?
