Where do "release date" and "leak" sites get their info from?

So, take a site like Footy Headlines.

Where in the world do they get all this info so early?

Is most of it just press/news releases from specific brands?

Would they needs connections to people that own/work at shops that stock/make these goods to get the info on the leaks?
