Call and text forwarding with caller ID, between two iPhones.

My job just purchased me a iPhone 5 for my work phone. My personal iPhone is a 6s.

I did a *72 call forwarding from my work phone to my personal phone. All works well when receiving calls.

My dilemma is that when I call or text someone work related, they see my personal phone number for the caller ID.

Is there a way Google Voice can help solve this issue? Or any other third party app possibly?
