Canon 50d resolutions

When I look in the magic lantern menu on my Canon 50d, it only has two options for recording 1920x1080 30p and 640x480 30p. Ive seen on other videos of magic lantern the person customizing a resolution. I want to do this because i know full hd will not run very long. How do I do this? Thanks
