Word of warning to anyone who purchased TIFF flex-Packs this year

The order process for TIFF is absolutely broken, if you search their Twitter it's absolutely jammed with people who have paid hundreds of dollars for memberships and premium ticket packs only to have the site crash on them when they try to book tickets (and then lose out because the tickets sell out).

Thankfully I managed to make my selections after spending roughly two hours on hold waiting for someone to talk to (and I only started this process after wasting an hour trying over and over to make selections only to have the website crash when I went to check out).

TL/DR: Just make yourself comfortable and call TIFF, or maybe visit the box office. Their website is useless.
