Getting a bike for college

I was looking up various bikes on Craigslist, as well as reviews on here, and was wondering what size frame would be a good fit for me? I found a Kilo TT 50cm, but the seller said it would probably be too big for me. Then I found a Windsor 52cm, but am not sure how that would fit. I'm about 5'5" for reference. Thanks in advance!
