Is this a reasonable deal for a 2013 4-door TRD Offroad

Looking into getting a Tacoma and saw this at a dealership near by.

44,000 miles, just under $30,000 after taxes and fees.

According to KBB the mileage is below average for this year.

It's clean, outside only has a few minor scratches, and it drove nicely (Current Subaru Outback owner).

What should I look out for when I go back in to see it again?

Anyone else own that year and trim? What do you think of it?
