How do High Church Protestants (Lutherans, Anglicans, stuff like that) explain their ecclesiology?
Of course there's the problem of no central authority but even the Orthodox have that. The difference is, Orthodox Churches are indisputably apostolic whereas one can show precisely when the Lutherans, Anglicans, etc. were established and which people. it seems like a much more fractured ecclesiology than Orthodox ecclesiology.
