How Long did it take for you to Overcome ADHD?
Hi everyone!
As a person who has been diagnosed with ADHD 6 months ago, I have really yet to find a way to cope with it.
I understand that the disease is life long - but has anybody here been able to essentially adapt to the disease and get their life together?
I am still testing different medications, since the ones I've used so far have had horrific side effects. I'm still struggling to build better habits. Overall, life just feels incredibly difficult and impossible to manage.
For those who successfully overcame the disease, how long and arduous was the process? How long was it before you found the right medication? And what steps did you take to try and get other parts of your life together?
