4Runner, 100 series, LX470, GX470 - Cheapest parts?

I'm buying a family adventure vehicle on a limited budget, and I'm considering the options above. I don't need a full on overland rig, just a capable highway/sand dune/two track cruiser.

My plans for any of them would be the same:

2 or 3" spacer/coil lift (I would delete the airbags on the Lexus models) Good tires Bumper/winch

Are any of these vehicles noticeably different in regards to how much parts cost for them? Off road upgrades as well as general maintenance parts. I'm shopping in the 150k mile range and expect the rig to need some general maintenance stuff as well as my planned upgrades.
