I made a big mistake and need help regarding bios booting

My windows began having issues so I decided to do a fresh boot off of a USB drive. My computer was having issues recognizing windows on my USB so in my attempts to fix it in my bios I accidentally disabled both booting from my hard drive and my USB ports from working. Due to this I am stuck booting to my bios and my mouse and keyboard are not working since they are both USB. Any help is greatly appreciated as I am stuck.
