Jerry's Post-Draft Rankings ft. Mark_irl

Jerry was taken out do to a brain injury after three quarters. He has been replaced with Mark_irl for Finnish, Gronk, and Crouching Lion.

#1: Finnish (Little Matt) QB: 8/10 RB: 9.5/10 WR: 7.5/10 TE: 9/10

(Mark) Bucking this year's trend is Finnish Firsts running backs who are bested only by James. However this group is not without flaws as his starters all have the "but can they do it again" clause. I think they can and will carry Matt far. Thing is this team still has good WRs with great depth at the position, a top 5 QB, and a top 3 TE. This is a team that will be a force early and with a few moves will be a favorite for Mac's sweaty belt.

#2: Loading (Gerald) QB: 9/10 RB: 7/10 WR: 10/10 TE: 7/10

(Jerry) Oh my god! I drafted this team and I like it, who would have fucking guessed it... QB is great with a good back-up in Stafford. RB is fine, playing the same game as everyone else with the "Pick an RB1 and throw random shit at a wall for RB2". Thing is my WRs super good. 2 separate guys that have a decent chance to be top 5 and a 3rd WR that nobody seems to realize has been a top 15 WR every year he plays football. Plus he had that one rush in 2013 that netted him like 4 rushing yards, so he's versatile! Pierre Tho... I mean Julious Thomas has a good chance to step up in that offense as does Allen. If 1 of them hit, this is one of the most consistent teams in the league. God have mercy on your souls (Now watch as I rank myself not 1st)

#2: Great Pun (Mark) QB: 9/10 RB: 7/10 WR: 10/10 TE: 7/10

(Jerry) Sketchy RB group, Stacked WR group.... This was definitely a theme this year... Team is just solid. Hole at RB 2 but bench can back it up for sure. This is one of the last summaries I wrote so I'm not repeating myself a bunch, so here is a list of ways to use Wilson in your team name: "That girl is so DangeRUSS" , "Russell My Jimmies" This will require a trade for jimmy g however, and "Everyday I'm Russelin'". You're welcome.

Editors Note: Best team NA not close.

#4: MacDaddy (Mac) QB: 8/10 RB: 5.5/10 WR: 10/10 TE: 9/10

(Jerry) Best WR set in the league while still having a chance to be very mediocre. Bravo! I have to give you a 10, because you have 3 WRs all within my top 20, though you picked them all backwards it seems. Good 1/2 punch at QB. Carr's season start is amazing, and Brady should come back with his 5th or 6th vengeance to get back at godell or w/e the media wants to say again. Maybe this time he'll realize he can just stay at home with Gisele all day?! That's probably what's gunna happen, lets plan on that. Your RB class is terrifying. Gore is old and he has to blow a tire sooner or later. Also I'm a dolphins can and Foster is terrifying. GL with that, our O line knows how to step back and block, not go forward and block. At least your team lives up to its name.

#5: Sir Bills (Billy) QB: 10/10 RB: 8/10 WR: 7/10 TE: 7/10

(Jerry) This team turned out... very solid. Best QB in the draft to most (though you took him way to early), solid RB1 with a good rotation for RB2 in Hyde and Jennings. On a couple weeks you might be able to throw them both up using your flex... You might need to do that because the only true 'hole' in the team is your WR2/3 game. Moncrief is a good WR, but needing him to be your WR2 week in week out is putting a lot of pressure on him. Hopefully one of your other WR steps up to give you a little depth. You have 3 WRs that you hope can do something, but have an equal chance to fall flat on their face. I like this team a lot... God damn it Billy I'm supposed to shit on you.

#6: How did OBJ Fall (James) QB: 8/10 RB: 10/10 WR: 7/10 TE: 4/10

(Jerry) Holy RBs batman. Best 1/2 punch in the draft, and a couple lottery tickets on your bench for good measure. Dallas is the one backfield you really want to own everyone in and you got 2 of them. Your entire WR class looks like you were just thinking to yourself: How can I make picking my starting line-up every week the most stressful experience of my life. Aside from Cobb (and even that is kinda shaky) every person you have has a decent chance to just lay an egg any given night, while the ones on your bench light it up. GL with that... Also who the fuck is Cameron Brate?!

#7: Strangest (Big Matt) QB: 6/10 RB: 7.5/10 WR: 9.5/10 TE: 6.5/10

(Jerry) One of the other contenders for best WR ground in the draft. You don't have as solid a 3rd as others, but your bench makes up for a it a bit since I'm pretty sure you've maxed out the WRs that can be rostered. RB is a bit suspect like everyone else, but you have a solid 1 AND decent 2 unlike most. Problem is the depth is non-existent. Jay Ajayi isn't a good football player sadly, AND the dolphins don't run block. Moving forward isn't their cup of tea. Kirk is a hard guy to judge. I gave you a low grade for him, but if he comes out Sunday and lights it up, it'll move up pretty quickly. Ertz is the same way, but I don't think he remotely lights it up.

#8: Gronky Kong (Nick) QB: 6/10 RB: 6.5/10 WR: 7.5/10 TE: 10/10

(Mark) The highlights of your draft is taking the best TE hands down and locking up the position. I guess I meant highlight because the draft was not strong with several reaches over much better players at the position. But that's why they don't call you draft Nick. You do have upside with all of your starters being potentially top 10 at their positions but not without some injury avoidance (Rawls, Marshall, Gronk, and Big Ben) and being able to shine in a timeshare (Gordon, Hill, and Riddick). All told a middling team but I expect it to get a lot better through waivers and trades as this is a GM who's best time is ahead of him.

#9: Burritos (Tyler) QB: 6/10 RB: 9/10 WR: 7/10 TE: 6/10

(Jerry) You're a lock at RB assuming your people stay healthy and they don't smoke weed while the big red "Drug Test" sign in the locker room is illuminated. I'm glad you've stuck to the "My name is Tyler Barber, I live in Chicago and I'm trying to become a Bear's fan" mantra, by drafting Los Ang... I mean San Diego's Starting QB and decrepit Tight end. Your WRs are debatable. You've gone the route of choosing 2 WRs that might have a rough time getting anything going this year. They both have the potential, but their ceiling suspect. I also find it funny that EVERY YEAR you end your draft with more than 1 person on you bench who won't be playing week 1. At least you're consistent, your team doesn't look like it'll be. And fuck your new bike.

#10: Burgandy (Jess) QB: 10/10 RB: 7.5/10 WR: 7/10 TE: 4/10

(Jerry) This is he biggest QB/TE discrepancy in the league. It doesn't really mean anything, I just find it hilarious. You're QB is an all star and your TE is the back up. I'm not on the Bennet hype train in the least. If he proves me wrong over the first few weeks we can start adding to that low low 4. All in all this team is very balanced. You have an all star WR1 and a suitable RB1, both followed by a WR and RB that would be a stretch to call a WR2/RB2. You have a TON of RB flyers, so you will be fine there, but your WR depth is very suspect. Overall, this team should put up consistent numbers every week, but never shooting through the roof.

#11: Tyrod (Mike) QB: 5/10 RB: 7/10 WR: 9.5/10 TE: 5/10

(Jerry) Your WRs are fantastic............ and that ends the praise. I'm kidding. Kinda. The problem I have with your team is simply that I'm not very high on Forte. If he steps up and plays good football, helps fitzmagic open up the passing game then he'll suffice as an RB2. Speaking of fitzmagic, he's on waivers ya know... You could pick him up and replace Tyrod! Wow that's amazing! Your QB is bad and your TE is hurt/very underwhelming. Let's hope some of your picks prove me wrong, because other than that you'll have a lot of work to do. That work of course being flying to Florida to get the belt from Malcolm and delivering it to my house.

#12: Crouching Lion (Steve) QB: 7/10 RB: 9/10 WR: 7/10 TE: 3/10

(Mark) For starters, I also don't know what your name means. At least I am assuming that's why you have a "?" in your name. In another team flipping the script of better WR than RB we have three top 24 RBs to anchor the team. Each have their faults (age and timeshares) but each one you can trust to do well and net you solid production each weekend. Surprisingly, you also have a pair of solid WR2s with upside and a bench of breakouts like Shepard, Stills, and Johnson. . . Ok two out of three of them look good. The issue is at QB and TE. Manning is fine but over Palmer? And Clay in the 6th? I don't understand those picks but they should be better than Jordy was last year.
