[PS4] Lich set – best complimentary set?

Hey everyone. I've been getting back into ESO and I'm wondering what sets best compliment the Lich set. I don't have a group for dungeons, so I'm looking for sets I can obtain through crafting, vendors, PVP, ect. I'm a sorcerer as well.

bonus points to people that will help me run dungeons on PS4!
