Can we stop kicking people just for the fun of it?

I was just in a s4 game when we were winning 11-0 because the enemy team was throwing. our team didn't fight at all or get into any kind of heat until 1 round it was 4v1 i was in spawn and my team was on a with bomb. 1 guy asked what i was doing i said "This game is no fun so im just gonna sit in spawn till you need me". Then the guy who asked me that started a vote to kick me 'For the Lol's" i guess and it passed 4:1... I have no idea why people think this kind of stuff is funny because i got a 7 day cooldown just because some asshole 'felt' like kicking me...

I get kicking someone if there toxic or just being a troll but just don't fucking kick people unless they interfere with game play and your chances of winning, it actually happens a lot in silver because the match outcome is usually decided by 2-3 people and everyone else is just there.
