Going to Sydney/Melbourne, would love some suggestions.

I'll be in Sydney and Melbourne for 10 days, 7 in Sydney, 3 in Melbourne.

Would love some suggestions of places/neighborhoods to visit and hang and great places for food and coffee. I'm looking for a good mixture of touristy things to do but mostly local neighborhoods to walk around, explore and take photos between coffee and foodage. :)
