Do you think this takes away from the game?

i play fallout 4 on PC and i enjoy the game, but the skill/special sysem bothers me a bit...i dont know why it bothers me specifically as older iterations of the fallout games did not bother me as much. But i feel far too often locked out of options i may want, or if i try to build something that can do most things i end up very watered down.

so instead i set all my SPECIAL stats to 10 in the console command. thats it. This way i can in one play thru more easily feel like i can experience everything in the game, and outside of playing a very heavy RP character with a intentionally low stat, does not appear to lessen my gameplay experience (wich i also bump up to hard/very hard anyways)

ive had people complain at me stating things like "your ruining the game" but i dont really see it as i found the game too frustratingly closed off without all specials set to 10.
