Simple and effective Spell [HELP]

I've been working as an intern for free for a year now... actually i'm paying to be there since my gasoline and lunch isn't free. And today i found an apportunity to get a better internship two days, one that will make me able to pay for part of my college and help my family... i REALLY need this job.

I need a spell that i could do in one night and with only basic components. I got only a wand, and instruments that represent the elements (incense included). I'm not exactly looking to interfere on the freewill of others, i just want some guidance and help to show everything i have to offer.
