What's important, the ratio of omega 6:3's and/or the total amount?

Vegan, no refined oils.

I can easily get a 1:1 ratio of 6:3 on a whole food diet, but according to cronometer I'm not getting enough omega 6? It says 17 grams of omega 6's is the set amount and I'm wondering if that really matters. I get 15-25% cals from fat and meet the ratio, but I don't like having to up my omega 6's then compensating for that with omega 3's. I can get 5-13 grams of omega 6 easily with what I eat but I don't then I end up getting more fat than I want. If I got 3 grams omega 3 and 8 grams omega 6 for example is that fine?
