[Help] First bill with new device on JOD

Just got my first bill since jumping to the Note 7. I returned my old device a week ago. Both devices are on the bill I got today, my bill is huge. T-Force tells me I have to pay for both until the next billing cycle when it will only show the new phone. So I have to pay a full months lease for both devices? That doesn't seem right.

EDIT: Tforce on Twitter bounced me around to 3 different people and finally adjusted the charge for the old device!
