Windows 10 Home PC popping up with regsvr32 error windows.
I have an older PC, a Dual-core e5300, running 64-bit Windows 10 Home. Recently it has begun popping up a regsvr32.exe Application Error window:
The instruction at 0x(bunch of 0's)77BD6BEF referenced memory at 0x(bunch of 0's)14. The memory could not be read.
There will be several of these error windows stacked up. I thought the errors were telling me I had corrupted RAM, but I ran the complete Dell diagnostics on the system and every test passed. Any ideas where to look?
