Pace University Vs Stony Brook for CS

My thoughts are Pace is more expensive but has a Transfer thing with WCC ( Which I'm going to attend) in which you get a 25,000 Annual scholarship for being a transfer from there and having a good GPA , but SB is more reputable , but Pace has better internship opportunities being in NYC , which should i pick assuming I'm accepted to both?
