325a in Arena Commander

So I just started trying to seriously play Arena Commander after backing about a million years ago with a 325a game package. I feel like I am getting absolutely wrecked by Hornets and other ships in AC right now. Is the 325a just not viable right now, or do I just have a huge learning curve to get over?

I currently have 3 size 2 tarantulas on my 325. Is there a better load out I might get more luck with?
