New to vaping, couple questions about this vape in particular

So few questions -

This one states "nicotine free", does that mean even if i buy juice with nicotine that it will get filtered?

and what about this cotton business? do I have to do it with this vape in particular? and if so can someone link me a kit ready to vape?
