Any speed increase advice?

So I just got a new phone from the local store called the "Galaxy Amp Prime". I updated it and got it set up and everything a few weeks ago. It's running pretty well, but I feel like I can speed up performance in some games that I have.

Does anyone know of general performance increases to a fresh phone that I can do? Thank you.
