I fucked up

So i went through and graphed the results of the poll, and i made a big mistake. For the opinion section I use a 5 point scale. Normally i give all 5 values some sort of verbiage "strongly agree" or something. This time, I only labled 1, 3, and 5 and just left 2 and 4 blank so it looked cleaner. Unfortunately that means anyone who chose 2, or 4 (ie neither neutral nor one of the extremes) got grouped together into one pile. So youll notice in the results that those two collumns are way larger than the others and exactly the same.

Lessons for next time

1. Label every option to avoid this
2. dont forget "Other" options for them
3. let people see the results as they vote

I also wanted to ask about things like "Best radio transmission". How can i poll this? I wont be able to write down every transmission, i am guarenteed to miss a few. Could I just leave it open as a short answer then make a word cloud? would that work for you guys?
