Alpha 2 + Amplifier: No video after reset

I've Alpha 2 with Amplifier. Today i reset windows 10. After the first restart i lost the video. I wait but after 10 minute i switch the HDMI cable from Amplifier to Alpha but without result. I switch off the alpha from the alien face (i push the button for five second). I restart the Alpha but now all time i've no video signal. Solution? Thanks for the support.
