Customizing with EPS
Long-time buyer, first-time poster.
I sent an e-mail about an old jersey customization job and the guy responded to me saying that they're super slammed with orders for teams. I asked if I could have a time table for the jersey customization if I sent it in two weeks and he told me that it would be done in November if I was lucky, but most likely done in February when they had time to get it done. It doesn't make sense for me to ship a jersey out if it's just going to sit in their warehouse until February so I asked if I could have a timetable of completion when I send it in. He responded that he couldn't give one because my order is second priority to the team orders and I would have to let my jersey sit in line at the warehouse until it gets done because they're the "best in the business and that's what you're paying for unless you want to ruin your favorite jersey."
Is this just my shitty luck with the guy who e-mailed me or is this EPS' general demeanor? Do any of who guys who have sent to EPS before maybe have a contact who would be a little nicer and give me a realistic timetable for my jersey? The whole interaction seemed a little flippant and unprofessional.
