[PC] Used to have the texture bug months ago, downloaded ENB and it was fixed. It seems to have returned after a few months of not playing

I'm at my wit's end here, so any help would be appreciated. Months ago I dealt with a bug in my game where textures would not load in properly. After downloading the enb however, things were fixed. I have not loaded up my Fallout 4 since Far Harbor came out. I loaded it up today to play Nuka World only to find a low res mess. I am assuming an update came out in the last 2 months that undid whatever I did to fix the textures. I updated F4SE, and the ENB, yet my textures still look like shit.
