Net+ Exam and using NetShell

Hey all. I need to know should I spend time focusing on this piece of Net+. The practice exams I use (MeasureUps) provided by my school have several questions regarding NetShell and using it in command prompt. In my class, we have yet to discuss NetShell. I'm just curious if I should move on without it and focus more on ports and subnetting. Thanks everyone!
